Additional comments: Unlike my last visit when I was served my half chicken with peri tamer sauce (something which I can't possibly have ordered myself as I didn't even know it existed until it was on my plate), everything ran smoothly and the orders went through perfectly. The only blip was seeing my starter and later, my mayonnaise, be carried past by a confused looking Nandoca who did then realise they were for our table. We were sitting at a luxurious booth downstairs with very comfortable red, leather seating. One other small criticism was the pot in which the mayonnaise was brought over to me as it was a small plastic one and the portion itself was one of the smallest I've ever seen in Nando's. Luckily, my friend did not finish his peri-naise and so I moved onto that once my ultimate mix of mayo and extra extra hot sauce had been consumed but it is always a nice touch to receive a generous portion in a proper ceramic pot, not a flimsy piece of plastic! | Friendliness of Staff | Speed of Service | Quality of Food | Decoration and Cleanliness |

Additional comments: This branch is a 5 minute walk from Oxford Street tube which means it is perfectly located for shoppers who need a good meal after a long day shopping! Chilli lighting greets you on arrival and there is a large number of booths although we arrived too late to be seated at one on this occasion unfortunately.
The only disappointing aspect of this visit was that I was not allowed to get 2 stamps after ordering a full platter. Had I known, I would have split the order in two.
The branch manager was very pleased to hear about the website and kindly offered me a discount. Unfortunately I had already finished my meal but we look forward to Berners Street getting involved in the near future!
As for the food itself, the large peri chips defeated me (of course I am ashamed to say so) which is obviously a compliment to the portion sizes as this is an extremely rare occurrence! Additional comments: The worst Nando's in London. Avoid at all costs. Staff have very bad attitude problems. always telling the long line waiting to order "Move out the way". No distinction between waiting to pay or looking at menus. A mess. Your order will always have something wrong with it, you will have to send it back..sit and watch..everyone does. The staff in general act like they don't want to be there. I love Nando's, but this branch really lets the brand down. Staff could do with re-training and a new Manager is required, he has a very bad attitude problem. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Additional comments: The interior is very impressive as you walk in. There are loads of mirrors and hypnotic red decorations which give the Nando's a uniqe feel. It is based on two floors with ample space and artwork which made it a particularly enjoyable and relaxing meal for me. The staff were friendly but nothing out of the ordinary. The branch is halfway between Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road station so numerous underground lines are within walking distance as well as huge numbers of bars and designer shops.
