Turned up to this Nandos, it's now a building site. I waited for ages but got no chicken. Lots of rubble, no staff to talk to. But since I lost my Cyprian and Canadian Nandos reviews when they closed down I'm claiming this review till the stores deleted.

Nando's 81 and my first of two Nando's went off to a good start. Less than ten mins walk from new street train station, it was really easy to find though I was being a tourist so actually walked past it. In all honesty it was easier for me to get there than the bullring branch from 3 weeks ago despite the bullring being on top of the station.

Almost feel like I'm turning into Marc- I'll have been to three different Nando's in a week by the end of the 10th RYN dinner. Went up to Birmingham Christmas Markets to see some old uni mates and the place was absolutely rammed.

The wall of windows is great at this Nando's! I have been to Nando's all over the country on my travels but I would say this is my favourite one. Definitely recommendable!

The best nandos I've had in birmingham for sure. Arriving at the RYN contributor event I was expecting good things. While the wait to be seated was longer than expected we did have a big party and some free starters certainly helped ease the pain. The chicken was delicious, probably the best I've had in brum, fresh hot and as were the chips! I even learned how to make a napkin rose thanks to a friendly RYN contributor.

The staff were very helpful and gave us a discount as expected at all RYN dinners. It was a lovely evening.

My very first Nando's!

I liked the Peri salt fries and the spicy chicken, and the restaurant in itself was nice.

I found it quite cheap for a nice meal-only flaw I'd list: the bread was a bit chewy.

I decided to celebrate my 22nd birthday at Nando's (where else?) and opted for this particular branch for various reasons! Having been in regular contact with Manager Kerrina for a few months (and more recently Ross), I was reassured that bringing a group of up to 30 people on a Saturday night should not be too much of a problem!

With being a very big fan of nandos. I was not impressed with the service on my recent visit. Firstly, when ordering my meal i was asked to repeat my order at least 3 times. After a 40 minute wait the meals arrived. One meal arrived without chips and another without peri salt. After consulting a member of staff, the meals STILL came back wrong until they finally got it correct.

This has become my NEW favourite Nandos. The manager is wonderful catering for all of our needs and even explained why some head poncho in Nandos HQ decided to shrink the portions of fries. The setting is quality, inside Paradise Forum which offers a cash point, next to the Birmingham Central Library (if you're interested in that type of stuff) and a close walk into town. Close to Broad St. so a lovely place to have dinner before a big night on the town.

I was a little disappointed after a fantastic visit a week earlier (where I got two breast pieces for my half a chicken) that this Nando's could not cater easily for more than 6 people. Very frustrating as I enjoy going with a group of people! I realise the restaurant is quite small, and the food is much better here than in the other branches, but please, please, PLEASE could someone ask them to start to cater for larger groups?

Really good atmosphere, great staff when busy and its the best. Broad Street is closed, and good riddance! Bullring is never authentic and rushed. I go every week and just noticed this website, so thought i'd review my favourite nandos, as it's the best in Birmingham.

Parking near The Mailbox shopping centre is £1 an hour and within a 5 minute walk through one of the prettiest parts of central Birmingham, you are in Nando's!

We were seated immediately on a Friday lunchtime which would probably not have been possible at the Bullring branch!

For one reason or another, this was my first visit to this branch after living in Birmingham for 3 years and it was a memorable experience.

Just seen this website on twitter, Paradise Forum is a joy. Some staff are brilliant. Managers very involved and everyone was busy and helpful despite being at about 80% capacity due to sale shopping. I have been going since they opened and the staff now are pretty perfect. I love Nandos, but only here, not Broad Street or Bull Ring who are super rude. Cheers.

I've been to this Nando's many times now and have never had a problem with it myself, but other people within the groups I have been with aren't always so lucky. I find my chicken is always nicely cooked and has sufficient marinade (must be because I choose manly Extra Hot) - but I have seen others get cold chicken or almost plain chicken (when there was supposed to be a sauce!).

My very first visit to Nando's! I was told to expect a 10-minute wait, which seems quite normal at peak time (2 pm) but 30 minutes is way too long. Staff apologised though. Chicken was tasty and well cooked, as was the 'sweet mash' I had with it. Nothing exceptional but no disappointment, great value for money. Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated (could look even better with a Miro painting on the wall, but that's trivial). Free soft drinks refills are a great idea.

An interesting Nando's that can be hard to find in the centre of Birmingham. Lay out is unique with a glass wall looking out into the Paradise Forum where it is located. As a result we had a good view of tramps in the betting shop opposite! Decent food, standard city centre branch, not massively impressed.
