Staines

There was one person we would like to thank she was Amazing her name was Jayantha she was really friendly and helpful. We go to Staines all the time. All the staff are very good but this lady stood out for us.

Me and my girlfriend have been to this Nando’s so many times the staff all recognise us, it’s slightly embarrassing… we always come after a big night out the previous day and today was no exception. We’ve been to loads of Nando’s but the chicken here is cooked really consistently. Never overcooked/stringy really. Very reliable. I live in Staines and it has a few wrong-uns and sometimes they cause trouble in the restaurant but the staff deal with it really well. Bloody youths (I’m 28).

Boneless platter and sides.

People who work there all look miserable. Even asking for where the toilets or utensils were seemed to offend them. Won’t be returning back here again. The person who was bringing out our food was so rude to me when I asked where the utensils were and said he would bring them to me and didn’t even bother. Had to then ask a guy who looked like the manager and he just pointed.

Magda at the staines branch was very helpful and professional, 5* for her!

Whole chicken

I just love this place , go every 2 weeks a bit addictive is that a bad thing? Never whole peri peri chicken corn on cob & fries great parking and good local transport close to town centre clean and very nice welcome by staff thanks

This is my nearest branch but this was my first visit. the main reason for this is the location. it's right by Vue cinema so always too busy. and last night was just the same. customers milling about by the entrance, inside and out, so difficult to figure out who is queuing for what!!! the greeter used to work at Feltham. apparently. he was extremely friendly and informative. we had quite a wait for a table, it was situated upstairs. it's all a bit squished up there.

Woke up wanting Nando's just didn't know when I would get out of bed to get it. Settled for a late dinner so went to Staines to check out the re-furb. Well that's great they've put the kitchen and counter closer to the front but they had no sweet mash. And no normal mash so that was great.

Place is normally full of pikeys, also the food never ever seems to be consistent normally burnt would rather take the extra 20 minutes and drive to Windsor from now on.

This store is on the edge of 3 rivers shopping complex, with a multitude of open air on the level parking right outside. Charges during the day and free after 6pm, pay on exit.
A very new building with large window front, double height ceiling at front with upstairs toilets at rear and additional upstairs seating at side. Good mix of booths and tables and main till serving hatch is at the back. Good decoration and friendly staff.

LONG wait to be seated as there were more than 4 of us however it was well worth the wait.. but then again spicy chicken is always worth the wait :)
