Irene was absolutely the bestest star, Her customer service, so organised and helpful, remarkable with her team staff! Food was prepared divinely, Fresh and hot upon delivery to my table

Had to wait 20 minutes for my food and my friends had already finished eating. Had to go and ask for it and it hadn’t even been cooked and then I had to bring to the table my self. No one checked into see how our food was. Plenty of staff working. Very poor service.

First time visiting, from the moment we walked in the front of house were outstanding. I felt so compelled to inform the staff upon exiting. We were asked on 2 seperate occassions we were asked if our meal was ok. We often eat at Nandos across the country and never had such a fantastic experience.
Please kindly onlige and pass this onto the staff who were under intense pressure with the weekend rush and the heatwave.

Absolutely bad service. I ordered a boneless platter. The sides were cold and then to make things worse the thighs were the size of wings. When I spoke about this to customer service they were almost ignoring me. Then they completely took the side of their staff instead of correcting themselves. They did not even apologise and said they couldn't do anything. I have been to Nandos several times. I cannot believe they treated me like this. I will never visit the Watford branch again.

Hi my name is Jamie I had a problem With my food when me and my wife got a take out when I reported this problem to the manager on duty Paulina sorted the problem out and welcome us back with the same meal on them but when I return to the restaurant there was a man they’re working alongside Paulina and I didn’t like his behaviour attitude and manner my wife was meant to come and meet me at the restaurant when I told her the way the man was getting on she didn’t come so I had to eat my food

Had free tickets to the Watford-Boro match on Easter Monday so headed to this branch after. Incidentally, at the game itself, Barci made an appearance, raced (and lost) in a giant egg and spoon race against Harry the Hornet, and was giving out sweets and vouchers for free half chickens (or equivalent) to be used at the Watford Met branch... but only valid from the following day.

Due to the impending roadblock that is Nando's 85: Middlesbrough, we've taken our merry time to get to 84. Being London(ish), we decided to visit Watford High Street Nando's during an actual Sunday among the gulf of Sunday-like days between Christmas and New Year.

I lost my jacket, but later retrieved it - thanks to the staff and the customer who handed it in.

I got chatted up at the counter and the waiter gave me his number - jokes!

Got the train so parking not an issue.

I went there on my own for a late night dinner after having a few drinks at my friends house. Although a few tables were occupied I had to pick my own table as no one came to greet me. My food took about 20 minutes to arrive and they had run out of sweet potato mash so I had to settle for creamy mash. I wasn't very happy about the service there to be honest, but the half chicken was okay and it had enough sauce on it.

I'm not sure what happened here but WOW.
Service was excellent. Greeted upon entry. Fantastic banter with Daren at the till-point who recommended Superbock Beer - which was delicious.
Standard Lemon & Herb order, but HUGE portions, steaming food, really tasty and Daren provided more banter at the table and convinced me to order a side of fries. Great salesman.
I'm going to find it hard to beat a better Nando's trip than this one.

Hot spice on half chicken was satisfactory but not as hot as i had expected for my first taste of HOT

Stopped on in this one on my way back to Brum from London - and met a nice chap called James Colom :-)

If you just head into Watford Town Centre you come onto the Ring Road - and there are clearly labelled signs to a few car parks. I parked in Church Car Park. Only cost me £1 in total, so very reasonable and only a short walk to the branch from here (straight up the High Street).
