This store is close to the Balham train station and a large Waitrose. Its quite compact and the front windows look like they open fully to allow the outside in during the summer. Tables are nestled close together but there is still a wait for a table. There is some good artwork on the walls.

The staff were friendly however I think they forgot about me tucked in the corner as no one came to check on my from when my food arrived till about 6 minutes after I had finished. This might not have normally been a problem but I did have a problem with my food. The chicken was good and tasty with plenty of sauce, the mash was also good and tasty. However the peas were cold and hard, I think they had forgotten to put them in a microwave as they were chilled below ambient temperature. When the manageress did eventually come across she was apologetic and went and heated them up for me and brought them back with some wings.
