One of the worst Nando's visits this year and I went to Dalston and Stroud Green so that's saying something...

Four of us told there's a 20 min wait, that was cool but this is a small branch with a small waiting area and the door opens into the order queue. Finally given a table I waited in said order queue and door queue for maybe 10 minutes as only 1 till was open. Hmm.. okay then. The host finally opened a second till but then a man from the other side jumped ahead of me..

Finally got there, the host wanted my order before swiping my loyalty card to check if I had any rewards. I didn't but it was the principle. 1/4 chicken mango and lime, sweet mash and halloumi £6.80 after using left over review voucher.

Now I had been in the queue for maybe 10 mins or more but Jackie's food was the first to arrive who only ordered 10-15 minutes after me. Surly, unhappy waitress then brought out a medium chicken with my sides and practually slapped the plate down on the table.. This is wrong and I had to check my receipt in case they put the wrong thing on. Nope it said mango and lime which the host then brought out correctly. Still miserable. I'm sorry but if you're not happy with your job take your miserable face somewhere else.

The food was okay. I dont remember how it was but the mash looked like slop and the halloumi was only lightly grilled. Went to order desserts, took maybe another ten minutes in the queue. "2 toffee gelados and 1 cheesecake please".. is that 2 cheesecakes???? No!! 2 gelados... seriously???

I'll only ever go there again if it was a free meal. It's small, the paintings are crap, tables squished together.. This branch has no redeeming factors and the staff clearly hate their jobs.
