I prefer this nandos to the other nando's. Because I like the way certain people grilling the chicken cook it. But ever since they've changed the staff. The service is going down hill and the manager needs to learn how to crack a smile. Very rude and speaking to her staff rudely. I don't work there so whether they are not doing the job properly or not, as a manager you take that role on and you still are respectful. When you read the values and things written on the walls that woman doesn't show them a lot. So how is the staff meant to follow if they aren't doing what they meant to do properly? In all honesty, I wouldn't work to my best ability either being spoke to by the way I've witnessed the manager that day speak to staff. No will to work really just puts you in a bad mood. Chicken was tasty and the waiter I think his name was Lunga was lovely. But the manager needs some training she's awful.
