This store is in an impressive location at resort world looking out over the Pendigo lake opposite the NEC, and close at hand to the Casino and the Cinema. The car park was quite full and quite expensive and a bit of a walk.
There was a show on which resulted in a large number of people wishing to use the store, this meant a 10 minute queue outside the store to even get your name on the waiting list which then meant another 20 minute wait to get seated but at least after this point you could go sit down outside as you had your name on the list. The store being very busy also meant a long wait on the food.
My chicken came out charred which was upsetting, more upsetting was the fact due to how busy it was no one came back to check on me and after I'd finished I waited some more but left without any staff having come near me. The staff at the counter were friendly and I can only hope that if it wasn't so busy they wouldn't have burnt my chicken or forgotten about me.
