The food was served very cold. No more going there. Lost all my interest.

I had ordered a chicken burger and half a chicken with large peri chips and coleslaw. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the chips were succulent.

The staff are very friendly and the speed of service was excellent.

I enjoyed my visit.

Came here for my nieces party after pizza hut messed her day up and left her in tears...
Wahid fitted us in and made sure all the attitude and bad feeling was left at pizza hut.
Him and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for us I couldnt ask for anything more my niece left full of smiles
Nice one to all the team at star city, will deffinatly be back.

There is free parking at this large leisure complex north of Birmingham close to the M6 with a cinema, Harvester, McDonalds, and other activities.

This store is just off the entrance pathway and has some outside seating along this, but the main entrance is from the interior of the centre. The décor isn't anything special and felt a bit bland and beige but there is a good chandelier in the middle of the store.

With an afternoon train booked back to London, the big question was which Nando's I should visit beforehand. Star City got the nod and I got the train to Aston then walked (about 20 minutes) on the way there and then got the 66 bus back to Birmingham city centre (remember you need exact change for Birmingham buses which cost £2).

We were kept waiting by the door when we arrived for 6 mins before someone came to see if we wanted a table. The restaurant seemed noisy – it is quite echoey which doesn’t help. There were quite a few wasps and flies buzzing around. There were no paper towels at the hand-wash sink.

It was a long time ago that I went (student problems), but MY LORD was the food good. The staff were really helpful with things such as the mayonnaise situation when we'd forgotten to ask for some to make our ow perinaise but all was good in the hood as the mayo was bought over quickly. The staff are extremely efficient as they obviously have to deal with the customers coming for food after bowling, cinema etc.

Staff were nice, the restaurant could do with a clean. The chicken was gorgeous but the corn was cold.

This was a late visit due to travelling home on the M6, the restaurant wasn't busy but the food took longer than expected. To be honest, this was pretty standard stuff.

Nando's 24 is at Birmingham's Star City, a remote entertainment complex, that's quickly dwindling into obscurity.
Sadly, the Nando's experience less than lived up to expectation, or even basic standards.

It's not that the staff were slow (which they were), it's that they were ALL outwardly not at all wanting to be there, and reeked attitude problem, from the looks on their bored faces, to the tones in their apathetic voices.

In Star City entertainment complex that includes a cinema, bowling alley, mini golf, laser tag, a casino and goal 5-a-side. Huge free carpark outside and signposted well in the Perry Barr/ Aston area of Northern Birmingham.

Star City (or Stab City as it used to be affectionately called to the locals) became known as the one entertainment complex to avoid very quickly after its opening. It used to boast trendy up scale clubs that hooligans would put on their finest Rockports and Lacoste shirts and go boogeying and fighting on a Saturday night (and I'm not talking about an Elton John song either).
