Additional comments: Nando's 28 at the Bluewater shopping centre's "Water Circus" is situated at the bottom of a dusty stairwell, and shares its space with GBK, and a few other in-and-out restaurants.
The service was overall slightly slow and shoddy, with just one person serving dispite me being able to count ten staff from where I was standing in the queue.
Also I spotted that almost nobody currently seated had food in front of them, and there was a lot sitting under the heater.
Sure enough, some of our food had been left to go a bit cold.
Overall it wasn't all too spicy, and my chicken was a little on the stringy side.
As we left, there was a massive queue of people waiting to be seated, and I wondered why.
The visit wasn't disastrously bad (the toilets were clean at least), but the place could do with a fair bit of improvement in every field.
