Absolutely shocking staff, new supervisor was lovely but the rest of the staff were the rudest Nando’s staff we have ever met. Got our order wrong, took ages to process the order so we had to complain. Then took a very large amount of time for the ice cream to come. will never visit any Nando’s again.

Enjoyed the food however was somewhat distracted by the unprofessionalism of the staff - hanging round by the drinks area in large groups, throwing food at each other, signalling inappropriate gestures across the restaurant, staff walking round with drinks in their hand, jumping and skipping, not clearing tables. Unfortunately this detracted from the food and I was not impressed by the service at all.

Having dined at a fare few Nando's across the UK I have quite high expectations of good Chicken. But I have to say that Cabot Circus is probably my favorite Nando's in the South West. Even on a busy Friday night they were able to find a table for me without a particular long wait. Food was of a excellent standard as you come to expect from Nando's. The only complaint was the ice machine was broken when I visited. Overall this is the only complaint I could find with this establishment.

Waiter stopped me after serving me told me I couldn't use the toilet because I hadnt ordered food, when actually I had and they gave me the wrong meal so I had to send it back twice flavourless and just not worth the money... £3.70 for half a pint! Ridiculous

This was my first trip to Bristol and therefore required a first trip to a Bristolian Nando's. Cabot Circus was on the way into the city centre, so we arrived and were seated quite quickly.

We had 4 x whole chickens medium, 2 x half chickens hot with sides, 4 x chicken burger children menu, 1 half chicken with sides, 7 x soft drinks, 3 kids drinks, 1 x still water.
Restaurant is lovely, bustly, clean, parking is abundant.

Really nice Nandos in a Bristol shopping centre, there is plenty of parking but its in a reasonably pedestrianised area of Bristol. This Nandos tends to draw in more families than the others in Bristol, so be watchful of kids running around! Staff are polite and friendly and this Nandos is a credit to the Nandos brand.

This store is on the top floor of Cabot Circus on the glass walk, there is also a cinema in the complex.
Parking on site in the centre's car park from 7am – 5pm is £1.50 for the first hour plus £1 per hour then 5pm – 7am a flat rate of £2, I chose to park in the park and ride on the outskirts of town which was £3 for the bus fare into town and has a drop off just outside of the complex.

Went yesterday for a lovely Sunday lunch to Nando's in Cabot circus, perfect hangover cure after a night of Halloween fun. Needed something nice, chickeny and spicy to get me through the day.
Restaurant was packed , seriously packed.. we managed to get a seat outside but to get inside the restaurant there was a queue of about 20 people .. No thanks!..

Given only two of the four Bristol Nando's are actually in the town centre, it was a straight choice between Cabot Circus and Park Street. Logistics meant Cabot Circus got the nod so I wandered around the impressive entertainment centre in search of some peri-peri goodness. I eventually saw it on the upper level and was quick to notice the seating section overlooking the rest of Cabot Circus.

My last visit to Cabot Circus Nando's was perfect! It's one of my favorites. This time I was lucky to make it just before lunch time. 5 minutes after I ordered my wrap I could see people queueing to get a table. I love how smiley and friendly the staff are.

Used to go here regularly but will never go again. Not sure of the date of our last visit but we went for one of our children's birthday. I asked whether I could use a voucher card which was completed to get a free chicken. This was refused as Nando's had changed the voucher card. When I pointed out that I was unaware of this and that the voucher I did have had been stamped since the manageress, Florence, still refused as "It's been on our website".

Having just completed three months on a very-low-calorie diet and shifting the last of the 10 stone I've been working on losing over the last six months, I felt I had thoroughly earned myself a good Nandos, and I was back in Bristol from my studies in London so felt a good catch-up with my friend Kirstisorous was in order.

The staff at Cabot's circus Nando's in Bristol were absolutely outstanding yesterday. We were kept waiting a while for a table due to the restaurant being so busy and the staff were fabulous even offering my little girl a free desert for waiting so patiently. Fabulous service and the friendly staff were very attentive, making sure my daughter had paper and crayons to colour in with too.

Having visited this Nando's over 12 months ago and being very impressed with it, we decided to return when the opportunity arose and were not disappointed.

Overall good. Service was great, food was good but half way through, we were asked how long we would be and 10 minutes later "if you don't mind but to be a bit quicker"
