The good and service was great. I especially appreciate Mel’s service and professionalism. She was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure that my crying daughter was accommodated to make her experience as comfortable as possible.

Our first Nando's sitting down for months, though it was unfortunately outside in 10 degrees with quite a strong wind. Luckily this Nando's had some covering over its outside area, so we didn't get wet from the spitting rain.
Wait was about 45 minutes but that's because there were only 6 tables available outside - people arriving after us were told the wait would be 90 minutes so I guess we got lucky!

I ordered a delivery via the Nando’s website and I am absolutely mortified by the complete BS I’ve had to endure. Following it on the tracker, it says 15-20minutes. It confirmed the order was with the restaurant and it had been received but at no point did it even say the food was ready or on its way? I’ve then had to ring the branch and be on hold for over eleven minutes and the manager says the driver is one minute away from the delivery point.

Was extremely disappointed as I have been eating at nandos Newport for the past week and went back ever day giving how good the food and service was. This please however is the complete opposite and it feels like they had such a negative effect . ( #N086)

We had the £19.95 sharing platter with Large peri salted chips and Large spicy rice. We also claimed a free half chicken for the student offer. The cleanliness wasn't the best. We had to wait 15 minutes to get a table which we were fine with. When shown our table, it was dirty with food on the chair and table. When we went to collect cutlery and drinks, I was amazed to discover that there were no forks and only one knife which was covered in something green.

We were travelling back from Pembrokeshire to Oxfordshire and stayed over one night in Cardiff. My partner is Vegan and I'm Vegetarian and so eating out can be 'fraught'. We also have a small dog who comes everywhere with us. The Old Brewery Quarter Nando's had outdoor seating but inside a mall (if you see what I mean). It was a perfect seating area for us and the dog. I went in to order and the staff couldn't have been more helpful when I asked if the vegetarian burger was vegan.

I found some free evening parking in the shadow of the millennium stadium on Park street, other than this I would suggest public transport as this is the very city centre. This tired and aging store opens up into the courtyard of the Old Brewery quarter which it shares with neighbouring stores such as Chiquito and La Tasca.

Weekend Cardiff I tyried to squeeze in as many Nando's as possible! This is an easier Nando's to find as it's in the middle of the Brewery Quarter with plenty of other restaurants around.
We got there for about half five after a 4hour coach journey down from London, delayed and hot! But the wait to get there was worth it.

The Nando's trail left England for the first time, taking us to Cardiff's very first Nando's in the Old Brewery Quarter, slap-bang in the centre of the city. Despite it being midday on Saturday (and St David's Day at that), the place wasn't too busy and our group of four were given a table right away.

Working in Cardiff for a week let me sample the delights of a couple more Nando's - and I was very impressed with this one in the Brewery Quarter!
Locals may know the parking around here better than myself, but I parked in St David's shopping complex (fairly expensive) and had a short walk into the town centre.
