This Nandos has amazing service, just visit their facebook page (Nandos Chelmsford) and you will see just how much they go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their customers are happy, with such offers as Student Mondays, Cinema Tuesdays and 'Burn the Bill' Thursdays, which consists of the staff offering random customers their meal on the house.

The nearest parking is 'The Meadows' car park. This is really easy to get parking for in the evening, we arrived about half 6 and there were loads of spaces. However, I can imagine this may prove difficult during the day especially Saturday's as the city is quite busy, and the Nando's is surrounded by a varied selection of bars and restaurants, from Yates to Zizzi's, and leads up onto the highstreet.

The person I went with and I decided to order the Red Pepper Dip Starter between us. By the time we had grabbed cutlery and sauce it was waiting for us on then the table, nice and warm and really tasty! I have had an experience before here where mine and the person I was with's main meals have been waiting for us on the table when we arrived back with our cutlery, it seems really well run.

We just finished our starter and after a few minutes our meals arrived. We both ordered a 1/4 chicken with macho peas and peri chips. With a salad in the middle to share. I got a fantastic massive sized breast portion, and everything tasted extremely fresh. The very edge of the wing on my portion was burnt but I dont mind that, like some people do. I didn't have much of the salad as the size of my 1/4 chicken was pretty big, but what I did taste was really fresh, with a generous and equal amount of all ingredients. (My friend once had a med salad in one of the Norwich Nando's and had more feta cheese then anything else, which made her feel quite sick toward the end.)

I really, really enjoy this Nando's and would recommend any Nando's fans to try this out if they are near the area! They have awards on display for their excellence, which I agree are thoroughly deserved! My favourite Nando's of them all!
