This store on the main road is impressive with its decor, the front has intricate and ornate tiles in the waiting area, with some unusual colourful buckets with padding over to use as stools. The store is bright and airy with a sunlight in the roof and colourful lights. There was a good quality of art on the walls the only draw back was the seating was very close which made it hard to navigate around the store and for much of the time i was stuck in the corner unable to get out. The tables and chairs again were very colourful and bright leaving the walls the only dark item with carving on the black walls. A few booths to the front of the store and a padded form all around the wall, with tables and facing wooden chairs. The staff were freindly though you do have to hunt one down when you need them.

I ordered a quarter chicken breast with multigrain and peri chips. I waited and waited in fact for 35 minutes without any luck. It was when other people were getting their food who had arrived after me after the 35 minutes that i went in hunt of a member of staff, they took my receipt off for a few minutes then brought it back, then a server came out to check my receipt to see what sides i had then went off again. Eventually i got my food after 42 minutes from when i paid for it, they weren't really that apologetic over it.

As I had time to kill I decided to have a frozen yoghurt, i couldn't get out of my table due to being blocked in and it took a long time to get the attention of a member of staff to buy it. They brought my pot back but without the now empty Nando's gift card (cheers Marc and James) or the receipt little things i know. I then fought my way through the store to the dispenser which was next to the modern beverage machine which only one nozzle.

There is also a large issue with the cleanliness of the cutlery, the table next to me of young lads were all horrified and were using vinegar to clean their cutlery with the hand tissues from the sink (there was no napkins in the store, probably as people have used them all cleaning their cutlery) This is 2 areas the store need to improve on.

When i did get my chicken it was cooked spot on just as i like it and plenty of sauce. A good large chip pile with plenty of peri peri salt. the whole grain salad was well presented with the sauce neatly presented on top.

Despite the major long delay i had to endure the food was still good and the store looked and smelt good.
