I had a great experience having dinner at Nando’s. The food was great and the staff were attentive and friendly, especially Carmen who was very polite and smiling. Thank you and I will definitely return to the Euston Restaurant

Chicken, corn, chips. Order taken at 945pm. No advice that the resturant closed at 10pm. Within 10 minutes tables were being covered in chairs and staff attempted to take away food. No trading times visible on door. Very poor customer service and initial order was wrong as the lady on till didn't understand order.

We were amazed by the staff. They went out of their way to speak to our 4 young children (age 1, 4,6 and 8) and genuinely showed an interest. We were especially impressed with Ideal Faziz. He was so helpful and friendly, he is an asset to your company. His customer service was phenomenal and made our experience a fantastic one. All staff we encountered couldn’t have been more helpful.

Franklin was an amazing asset to the euston branch. Had a small issue which he dealt with in such a kind smilie manner. He manager to resolve the issue and continued to welcome me. Unlike Goodge street (Bruno -evening manager). This is wat I call customer service. Kudos to you Franklin and team. Thats what I call excellent service. Big thank you euston Nando’s

Every time I come to this chain I end up having to wait over 25 minutes for my food which would be fine if when it came it was actually good but it is cold and poorly made (slopped together). Second time in a row I’ve had to ask for my order because it’s taken that long

Decided to go for an after work Nando's in Euston. It's literally right outside the station so easily accessible. It's not the largest Nando's restaurant but the staff were very efficient.

Euston only has one requirement... Trains... This time I had 1hr15minutes and when they told me I'd have a 20 minute wait I was worried and they could see it in my face.. Panic maybe? Could they see tears?
They got me and my colleagues (x2) a table within 5 minutes though and we were ready to order.

The far table was a long thin table against the wall and it felt like we were in wagamama's.. if anybody was against the wall they were stuffed for the drink refills...

Why are some branches of nando's really stingy with their sweet mash and others fairly generous? Maybe it wass late and they hadn't much left, not too sure how it works with the mash tbh. The chicken was nice, cooked very well though they may have forgot to put any sauce on it, and the garlic bread was still hot. I had to move table as the front door is kept open.

It is usually in the evening when I get back to Euston station. As I walk past some of the eating places , the smell of food always makes me hungry. It would not surprise me if Nando's chicken restaurant has deliberately piped the gorgeous grilled hot chicken smell outside onto the street to entice customer by to come in.

Had some mates travelling back up north on New Years Day so planned to meet at 12 at the Nandos by Euston... We got there and were hugely dismayed to find that there was a small sign in the door saying they'll open at 1 - despite us checking the website that morning! Ended up going to an underwhelming Prezzo across the road because some people had to catch earlier trains but then we met up with some more friends at the Nandos at 1 - I still wanted chicken, even if I was quite full.

I had cause to be in London and speaking to fellow Nandos fanatic Adam Nicol about where to go he found it shocking I hadn't been here yet so this was my destination for lunch. Euston as might be expected is right upon the train station of the same name and is immediately in front of you when you exit this 60's concrete monolith train station and is of the same ilk being a concrete single storey flat roofed box.

The speed of service was really quick, I had just collected cutlery and sauce for the table and was making myself comfortable when my food arrived! Great service and friendly staff! Euston is a good location for a quick stop or for chatting and socialising, we weren't forced out after our meal, even went to Krispy Kreme for dessert!

Firstly, I'd been walking around Central London for HOURS so I needed a quick Nando's fix, I explained that my train back to Birmingham was very soon and the manger got my red pepper dip to take out done so quickly I'd gotten it before i'd even paid for it and he was insanely nice. This was by far my worst experience at this branch after numerous visits last summer. I was pleasantly surprised to be seated straight away (I was on my own to be fair) when I saw numerous people sitting down and standing up by the door waiting to be seated. I was seated on one of the comfortable, leather high chairs (that makes me sound like a baby but I can't think of a more appropriate description) by the window with a stunning view of the hustle and bustle of Euston Station.

I was in a huge hurry to get to university but I was so hungry I decided to pop in Euston branch on my way there, since it’s in such an easy location just opposite the station. I only had an hour so I had to rely on this branch being fast!

The staff were nice and friendly, greeting us, showing us to table, the usual. The Nandoca who served me was smiley and happy as were the rest of the staff, so no complaints there with 4/5 for friendliness.

Saved the day for a birthday night out. Needed somewhere close to Euston station and this was AT the station; the neighbouring Cafe Rouge turned out to be just that - a red cafe - and not a restaurant, so Nandos stepped in at the last minute.

This branch was really easy to find, I was just about to get my phone out to search for it when I saw it right there over the street outside the station. I went in, asked for a table for one and got shown to a high table facing out the window, something I'd never experienced at Nando's before! It was interesting lots of one person seats in a row.. But unfortunately as I got up to order they sat somebody RIGHT next to me, even though there was other free seats!

I say N/A for parking but there is in fact a car park at Euston station! I'm guessing it is expensive, but in theory it could be used for a visit to this branch.

As my party and I entered this Nandos, we were greeted after sometime waiting by the draughty door with a very average "How many" followed by being seated. All seemed very distinctly average, besides the added bonus of having the sauces already set out neatly right on our table, which saved us from grappling with the standard Nandos problem of how to carry the cutlery / sauce / soft drink / napkins / extra plate in as few as possible trips.

I went there with a lot of students from all over the world. I had spent 3 weeks with these people and this lunch at Nando's was the perfect way to end it all! The food was great, even though it wasn't hot enough ;)
I ordered the half a chicken extra hot with extra extra hot sauce, and it could have been hotter!
But the food was really nice, tender and really delicious, a great experience! I'm going to Nando's again at some point, that's for sure!

Just a thought about a new class and a new situation brings you into a panic.
It happened to me when i was opening the door to a new world namely to a new class.
I walked into the room full of students . After a busy day, our teacher invited us to "Nando's" , paradise for gourmet.
I was impressed with "Nando's" , a breathtaking place with hospitable people.
Not to mention the delicious food , I felt that the food was made with love .

Euston Nando's is perfectly located for UCL students with it being right outside Euston Station and a couple of minutes from Gower Street. I was informed by the branch manager that having 3 toilets (all are unisex and one is disabled but all customers have access to all of them) in this particular section is a privilege held by Nando's (and not the neighbouring outlets) as the building is secluded.

Thoroughly enjoyable visit to Euston Nandos, despite waiting over 30 minutes.

The delay was due to the influx of football fans as a result of the FA Cup Final (obviously they wanted Nandos before they jumped on their train home).

Popped into this Nando's at about 7pm on a Wednesday and it was packed. I was in a party of two and was advised there'd be a wait of 20 minutes for a table or a few minutes to sit on the stools by the window - so went and sat on the stools of course! I needed a peri-peri fix.

Great location just outside Euston Station.
