Parking:
You can only get to this Nando's by passing through security and then specifically fly from the South Terminal. As with all airports, parking can vary wildly based on how far in advance you book, but it is possible to book at the official onsite long stay parking for anything from £2.99 per day.

I'd invited a colleague out for a date at Gatwick Nando's. At the time she seemed particularly keen on the new breakfast menu. She didn't actually make it in the end; but I was mega-hungry, plus I needed the toilet, so I wasn't to be stopped.
The waitress who served me was very nice - although she walk off to serve another table during my amusing data entry anecdote, about the time I'd sent a finalised spreadsheet to the assistant manager, rather than the actual regional manager!

Love is the most important thing in the world, but Nando's is pretty good too. And is there anything better than finding a Nando's just as your about to board a flight? Probably, yes. The first three Star Wars, Arsenal's 49-game unbeaten run, OK Computer, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. These all undoubtedly rank above the humble poultry purveyor.

This was one of my all-time favourite Nando's experiences! Having struggled to find a flight from Gatwick South in the first 12 months of this restaurant's existence, a Champions League trip to Athens to see Arsenal thump Olympiacos finally gave me the perfect opportunity to visit the only UK Nando's that serves breakfast.

How's this for dedication? I was flying to Cork, which is easily done from Birmingham, East Midlands or multiple other nearer airports... but since Ryanair flew from Gatwick South Terminal - well I opted to fly out of there instead! Sadly, it was a later flight from here, so missed the 11am breakfast cut-off but maybe one day again soon...

This was the most unexpected Nando's meal ever. Completely forgot that there was a Nando's in Gatwick, and it was such a pleasant surprise to see it as I headed up the escalator to the second floor of the departure lounge / duty free area. Had I remembered there was a branch here, I would've definitely had a lighter breakfast before I left home (it was still only about 8.30am - but 'weekday lunch' is the closest time).

Gatwick is the furthest London airport from my home so I rarely venture there. However, a work trip was leaving from there, and luckily enough I was flying from the South terminal! My colleague said he didn't really fancy a Nando's - I pointed out that I couldn't NOT go, so we split and I ventured up to the food court.

Since hearing that a Nando’s with a breakfast menu had opened in the South Terminal of Gatwick Airport, I had been waiting for this to align with one of my trips abroad. We had a 1pm flight to Stockholm, which meant getting to the airport a bit earlier than we would have done, so not to miss the 11am breakfast cut-off point.

Had breakfast in gatwick nandos . Had the eggs Benedict with chicken pieces (you can have with it without) The price was great at under £10, but the flavour was better. The hollandise sauce complemented the chilli jam, just the right amount of spice for breakfast time.

This store on the upper level of the food and shopping court at Gatwick is probably the most secure in the country being in the fact you have to have got past airport security, shown your passport and been through the metal detectors before you can get to it's entrance. There was a small eating area outside it in the thoroughfare of the airport which we were first offered to sit in and declined as I have never been a fan of sitting in a shopping centre enviroment.

1/2 piri-piri chicken at breakfast time - great to visit a restaurant that uses their full menu before lunch time rather than the rubbish pork fare of sausages and bacon available everywhere else.

Staff here were some of the best I've experienced, incredibly friendly and welcoming, something that's often lacking in the hustle and bustle of a major airport. Keep up the excellent work!

Flying out of Gatwick last week we decided to try out the new Nandos, even though it was 11am (never too early for a Nandos)!

My chicken thighs were cooked perfectly and everybody agreed that it was a really good meal.

Definitely worth checking out when flying out of Gatwick!

I had the chicken wrap, fries and coleslaw. This was the first day of 'trading' , hence the speed of delivery was excusably slow. The decor is great, only criticism was I couldn't hear the music which is all part of the ambiance of dining at Nando's
