For a change i decided to pop into the other Nandos in Glasgow. With high expectations as i knew some of my friends have been before to this store, i was quickly disappointed. We walked in and straight away was told 45 mins for a table, so as i had a staff night out i opted that my friend and i should just take-away. The friendly guy told us that was fine and that it should only take half the time, 25 mins.
So we go order and all is fair and well. I note that their was not any available seating for take-away orders. So 25 mins past and still no NANDOS!!! About another 15 mins past and i noticed that their were bucket type containers holding take out orders in, yet i saw many staff walk by and not even look at them. Finally some women picked it up and it turned out it was my order. ( Been sitting under a warmer for a good 10 mins? )

Overall i wouldn't go back to that store, too crowded and not enough seating for either waiting or for eating.
Other stores like St Enoch are smaller yet are able to deal with everything a lot better!!
