The Gloucester Quays Nando's really is the highlight of any weekend. The staff, no matter how busy the restaurant is, are always exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was refurbished several months ago and is a delight to eat in. It’s large, with tables spaced apart so nobody feels cramped and is always cleaned to an impeccable standard. The quality of the food is usually fantastic – Peri Peri Chicken to be proud of. However, on the very rare occasion that standards may slip slightly, the staff are always quick to resolve any problem, either replacing the meal and or adding extras (Complimentary drinks or desserts on the house). The staff at Gloucester Quays Nando’s have wonderful customer service skills and I wouldn't want to eat anywhere else when out. Getting to the Quays is very easy – Gloucester has many free car parks that can be used, and it is only a short walk from the town center. Alternatively the Quays offer parking (at a small charge) above and to the side of the Quays complex.
