Stopped into this Nando's for a mid-afternoon treat! It's on Holloway road, which means it's Arsenal territory... so just be aware... you get me fam? It's just a minute walk from Holloway Road tube station and if you don't mind a few minutes walk, you can get two hours free parking at either Morrisons or Waitrose juts up the road.

Arrived here around 2pm and it was very quiet so was seated straight away. If you are walking on the same side of the road as Nando's then you may very well miss it if they do not have the advertising board oustide (which wasn't there as I walked past). The Nando's sign is behind the building's external facade and glass so there's no external lighting or sign. Inside, the thing that striked me most was that the decor was almost identical to Stratford-on-Avon. There's lots of enclosed seating, enclosed by canopies and with spotlights all around the top of the oustide with some black ceramic domes hanging down inside the canopies. To the right of the entrance in the front windows are some table/chair seating and to the left of the entrance is waiting seating, which is underneath a bright red tiled wall. The right hadn side of the restaurant has a banquette running along it with some spotlights shining up onto the wall from it. The wall has the scree/plaster patterned but there's not much colour on it nor any canvas paintings - so it's a bit plain.

Being a lunchtime I went for the chicken fillet burger with a side of chips. It came lightning fast in under five minutes, but was rather disappointing. The burger was pretty sorry. The chicken breast fillet was very small and very thin - another one where the slice of tomato was actually bigger and thicker than the breast fillet. The chicken was also very dry and lacked in any sauce. I think it may have even been undercooked as was very anaemic and was a little cold. The chip potion was a decent size and they were all hot and crispy.

Staff were pleasant enough but doing as expected.
