I had a lovely time at Kilburn Nando's for XhotXmas16. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Having now attended not only 100s of Nando's, but also dozens of dinners, I have to say they were by far the most supportive and fun staff we have encountered at an RYN dinner. It was a great evening with our friends and the food wasn't half bad!

Our order was taken quite quickly by a friendly member of staff at the till. Nearly ten minutes later we were approached by 'Laura' who told us one of our meals was not available. My friend was quite upset as we had waited a while already but Laura's was very polite and resolved the issue at hand quickly and ensured we had our food quickly and ensured my friend was happy with his replacement meal. Even though my friend didn't get what he wanted he was still very satisfied.

We were served by Matt who immediately greeted us and made us very welcome. The staff and the managers are all very friendly and that is the reason why we visit it so frequently.
Today we asked about our amassed chilliest on our loyalty card and he very happily looked it up on the system, took our order and nothing was too much trouble. The customer service is exceptional and the smile goes a long way to make us happy the we are getting the best customer recognition.

Not a store I enjoyed. Whilst well served by public transport it's not in the nicest area though the store looks impressive from outside it's quite standard on the inside.

good reviewier dinner - friendly staff - some a bit over friendly giving me their names and requesting i mention them on their website when i give feedback (think they thought we worked for nandos lol)

This is the most disappointing Nando's experience I have had, and even more disappointing as it was a RYN reviewer event which are meant to be fun and enjoyable!

Arrived and I should have seen this as a sign, as the Nandoca on the door had no idea who 'the group' were or that we were all coming, so I just walked past and sat myself down as I noticed some others had already arrived.

Last night's Rate Your Nando's Reviewer Dinner at Kilburn Nando's was a triumph. The newly refurbished restaurant was an elegant back-drop to a night of fun, hard quizzing and hot chicken. We were able to park outside making the journey very simple. We were welcomed by the fantastic manager Luca and Eddy. We felt very excited for what was about to ensue.

All in all, pretty good. Staff handled the fact there were a lot of us pretty well (and even asked for names to go with orders to make sure they went to the right person which is something most restaurants that host a RYN event should do). Was impressed at how quickly the food came given that they must have taken 25-30 orders in a short space of time. Food was good, chicken neither over nor undercooked; chips fresh with a generous helping of peri-peri salt.

The 26th Rate Your Nando's was a big success with 27 guests in attendance including many newcomers!

Kilburn Nando's has had a recent refurb and it looks great! It's a very bright and colourful restaurant with a funky feel to it. There's a nice separate seating area towards the back, but unfortunately our party was too big to enjoy it on this occasion!

Got there about 7.. and wow it was brighter compared to the last time I was in there. A lot of fresh new lights, a zig zag pattern of colours all around the branch and some fuzzy hanging things up on the raised bit at the back but it's a distraction.

This branch is well served by both Tube and Overground trains. I understand they’ve recently had a re-fit, but as this was my very first visit, I have nothing to compare it with.

I have always hated this branch and they never fail to disappoint.

Half an hour plus wait for a warm quarter chicken and mash when there's no one in the restaurant? Gimme a break and your customer service is so lacking unless it was invisible? No where to charge a phone and the toilets are disgusting too. Exposed straws which is unhygienic and a dark passage to the toilets which is dangerous. Needs a total re do, and the staff.

This branch is located on the Edgware Road, a few seconds walk from Brondesbury station (London Overground) and about 4-5mins from Kilburn station (Jubilee Line); it's located on a corner.

So, onto my third burger and chips and I decided on a bit of a walk up to Kilburn. It's a bit of a dive, but with all these takeaways and pound shops, Nando's stands out as a high-class joint.

It's only a few minutes walk from Kilburn tube stop and just round the corner from Brondesbury Overground stop.

Unhappy that this branch has become Halal. I do not agree with how Halal meat is slaughtered and I am unhappy that I have no choice in the matter. If I was in a Muslim country this would not be the case and my rights would not be taken into account at all. I do not have a problem with there being a Halal option but please do not take away my right to chose by ONLY serving only Halal meat. I do not like having religious beliefs forced upon me and as this is the UK this should not be the case.

The initial venue was nothing special in the Nando's world, but I have a few negatives...
The staff were overall good, but one guy was turning up for a shift and tried to jump the queue to get his meal before me... only one person on the till, otherwise it would've been ok...
Chair leg was about fall off so when i pointed it out to the staff guy he was polite.

I had never felt the need to visit Kilburn Nando's until this fine September afternoon alongside James. Initial impressions were very positive with traditional pottery lining the entrance and eye-catching paintings on the walls. We were seated at a booth (you can never turn a booth down, can you?) and proceeded to order almost straight away as there was no queue and it was coming up to 2.30!

I've had lots of nando's around london and the food here is always undercooked regardless of who cooks it. I've cottoned on to the fact you can get your basic nando chicken and either ask them to burn it (its a regularly seen ask when ordering) to ensure it is cooked or ask them to "cook" it then rush it home to finish the job. The rice is musty, the mash is cold and the desserts are stale.
