Mid afternoon on a saturday saw my arrival at the Trafford Centre, a impressive shopping centre complete with cinema on the outskirts of Manchester with many statues, glazed roofs and impressive decorations. Unfortunetly the Nandos does not live up to the glory of the centre.

There is free parking which fills up fast so you may have to look hard for parking at weekends and when busy.

The store is on the edge of the food court which is set up like the deck of a massive liner with the stores off from it being highly decorated.

The store is quite large, made larger with parts of the corridor outside the store roped off with additional seating but these do suffer from noise, people walking past and with no decoration unlike in the main store.

Upon arrival I joined the queue outside where I had to wait for about 25 minutes even though I could see several empty tables in the extended section of the store. When I finally got to the front I was majorly dissapointed to be placed on a unstable table out in the corridor section.

There was no queue to order at the till, but once ordered I had over a 25 minute wait for food to arrive whilst surrounded by a mixture of some empty and some dirty tables where customers had left but no one had cleared.

When the food did arrive it managed to combine a strange mixture of burnt, dried out cold chicken and cold chips and worst of all my wing was MISSING from my breast, at first I had hoped to complain about this but the staff stayed well clear. No one came to check my food was ok (which it definately wasn't!) no one came to clear plates or to enquire if we wanted dessert and after a long time of waiting we got bored and left.

I would not return to this store, the staff an managers need retraining and if additional space can't be bought from neighbouring sites then they should make more effort to make the external area nicer to sit in. Major disappointment not worth waiting in excess of 50 minutes for.
