Additional Comments - This will make you stand out in the competition! Unique aspects? Student discounts? Parking tips?:

This store is at the heart of Silver springs an attractive town centre with many enhancements including a fountain in which children were playing and also a Majestic cinema on a nearby corner, unfortunately the store was not an enhancement.

I parked in the multi storey car park on Wayne avenue which is ticket paid on return to the car and is a short walk from the store.

Upon entering the store there was a sign saying wait here to be seated, where I waited and waited and waited, staff at the till and in the service area saw me and ignored me, after a 9 minute wait and another person coming in behind me waiting and leaving again I decided to seat myself and logged into the free wifi seeing if anyone would come over. I probably could have sat here all day without being disturbed or checked upon.

I decided to just have a single side with my chicken breast and beverage though whilst advertised at $9.60 came in at $10.18 after tax. The person serving me at the till didn't smile or take any concern for serving me and seemed more interested in containing a conversation with someone else than serving me. My food was eventually burnt and brought out with its inedible wing, not that any of the staff cared as none came to check on me during or after me eating what was edible and after a while of sitting around still using the wifi I left with no one saying goodbye. This is shocking in a country we think of as the land of service to be ignored in such a way. The mash potato was ok but not as nice as in the UK, they also still had the old style beverage machine with 6 different nozzles for the 6 flavours which makes me think this is one of the older stores.

The decor wasn't too bad, but the cleaning regime was and when I went out to the toilet was shocked to see rubbish laying around and a very worn interior and marking from where people had missed their mark at the urinal. The sink was of note and probably the best bit in the store.

Such a disappointment, this store is in need of intervention and better training for the staff on how to serve!
