This store is on the edge of town square as part of the Queensmere shopping centre (though entered from the outside square not from within the centre) and neighbours onto the Empire cinema. I parked within the Queensmere multi-storey car park and had a short walk through the shops to get to the square. Parking is by timed card paid prior to exit and is free for the first hour and then a £1 for each additional hour up till a max of £5. Sundays it's free for first 2 1/2 hours and then £2 for over this.

The store is quite dark within and has a few good features of artwork and is very clean being constantly cleaned with tables around me being re-wiped down even when no one has used them. There is also seating and tables outside on the edge of the square with wooden box planters to separate it out. A bit of a black board theme up high around the back and mix of table and chair seating and benching around the edge. The toilets were a long trek away, round a corner, along a corridor, up some stairs and down another corridor to somewhere I feel is the other side of the cinema. The toilets were not clean and you can smell your way to them. Filthy urinals with stained splashing on the surrounding walls and floors, dirty stone sink it's obviously too far a walk for anyone to bother to go up and clean them.

The queue for serving wasn't too long but when I got back to my table I discovered that they had decided to clean my table before I'd even been served and taken away my cockerel and menu which was not only infuriating to have a wet table again but also probably the reason no one bothered to check my meal was ok or check on me.

Food was very good and well cooked, major infuriation they didn't have any Lemon and Herb sauce in store and can't see how you couldn't have a fundamental like this. Chicken was succulent and tasty and well cooked, chips were very plentiful and a very happy portion. Still disappointed no one checked on me or came to my table. After a while I tracked down someone to get some takeaway bags as had got extra to help me with my weekend camping trip.
