I arrived at the restaurant with my disabled mother, who struggled to get in and sit down. I was also carrying my infant son in the other hand. We arrived early for lunch at around 11am and we were rudely told by a staff member that we were not aloud on the premises until 11:30. We asked if we could sit and wait for the store to open, as my mother was disabled and it was raining heavily outside. He replied "I cannot have you on my premises". I have decided to never return to this store and I will instead go to the much friendlier restaurant in the Leisure Centre.
