Comments - Stand out in our weekly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

When I arrived, there was no wait for a table and we were seated immediately. However, when I went to order, there were 18 people in front of me in the queue (picture attached). There were four tills, but only one of them was open. I asked a waitress why more people weren’t serving, but she walked straight past me! When I eventually got served, I was told there would be a ten minute wait for my food. This was at 13.34. I went to get cutlery only to find there wasn’t any. No knives, forks or spoons (picture attached). I found a member of staff who told me there was another table around the corner where I could find some. Unfortunately, the other table had five forks, no knives and no spoons (picture attached). By the time our food eventually arrived, 17 minutes after we’d been told it would come in ten minutes, not only was the food cold, but our table was absolutely sub-zero because we were sitting under the air conditioning. I asked Lene if she could please turn it off. She explained that it was broken and they were waiting for someone to come and fix it. The only positive thing about the entire experience is that she was very apologetic and helped us move to another table. However, by the time we finished our main course we were too cold and quite frankly fed up to get the frozen yoghurt which we’d paid for. I shall be forwarding this review to Nando’s!
