Not even an hour since my last meal and I'm inside another Nando's. It's too cold to stagger it out so I go inside only to meet with a longer queue than the one in Stroud green. Better organisation however by Monika the host meant that it wasn't such a mess. Around twenty mins or more to get a table the wait was a bit bearable with the heat coming down from the air con, disrupted as the next group of people brought in a blast of the cold to join the already huge queue.

Finally given a table way in the back, I asked for the table number so I could join the til queue, always a sensible idea when there's no room to swing a cat. Nice friendly staff all round, ordering was easy but advised cannot do contact less due to rampant fraud. That was a new one. It's also been a while since I was given a wine glass for my water, a bit untrusting this branch here.

The food arrived in about fifteen minutes which is odd because the lady next to me ordered about ten minutes after I did but her good turned up a she practically returned to her seat. I was a bit shocked at the slop of sweet mash I had, I looked watered down, like slush and it was darker than usual. Not a single lump in sight this mashustve been pulverised. The quarter chicken was okay, no burnt bits and breast this time instead of a leg like Stroud, and the garlic bread was also okay.

What's wrong? Well on the outside the place looks great and as you come in you seen there are glass blown orbs as lights which is very nice. On the left there are hanging leaves and other things, shapes bright red. There is a lot of lighting here and you can see up on the balcony. The branch stretches back a bit giving way to plenty of tables and booths. This is all behind the till counter and grilling area but the guy who may have been security posing as a member of staff biting his nails and generally not doing anything at the front was a bit much. Whilst Monica took names and gave people waiting times he was just there not being any use. There was water leaking from under the door next to me which really caused a panic for staff, and I would get shocked by someone smashing a box against a door behind me...

It was better than Stroud green but I wish my Nando's 96 and 97 could have been a lot better. Still haven't got to Mile End yet and this was the second attempt
