Additional comments: Brunswick Nando's is a great place to have a meal with family and friends. It is located very close to Russell Square tube station and short walking distance from the main road and public transport. It's located in a small open top shopping centre, also nearby there is a lot of high street fashion shops like FCUK, NEW LOOK, RIVER ISLAND. Lovely place to have a meal when your out about doing a bit of shopping. There is also a cinema which is located few yards away from the Nando's. Short distance away there is corams field park and Russel Square park. The stuffs in Branswick Nando's are superb, really friendly. Everytime i visit the store i get a warm welcome by the host or the other stuffs at the door. Never had to wait long time at the door to be seated. Cashiers are polite, helpfull, they always ask if i want any starters or anything extra with my meal. After ordering it don't take long for my food to arrive. Few times i couldn't even get to my seat after collecting the peri peri souces but the runner was waiting at the table with my food on their hand.. the food quality is excelent. Everyone is so friendly and happy and kind that its hard to leave when its time to say bye to them. The atmosphere in the Brunswick Nando's from the music to the cleanliness is fantastic and overall i'd rate this Nando's 10 out of 10. i'd recommend this Nando's to everyone.

Additional comments: Another great visit to The Brunswick, portion sizes here are great! I was unable to finish my half chicken and 2 peri chips after sharing houmous with peri drizzle to start and demolishing my side of Halloumi. I felt ashamed of myself but also glad that I was in such a position due to generous portion sizes unlike in recent visits to some other London branches.
Staff are fantastic and really make you feel welcome with genuine enthusiasm and passion for the Nando's brand!
Service was great, everything arrived at the right time.
Although I was impressed with the decor (as I had been on previous visits), I was informed by Manager Freddy that the branch is due a big make-over in the coming months with special emphasis on new furniture so that is something for London Nandoers to look forward to!
On this visit, I was equipped with my Nando's Defence League poster which received a fair amount of attention especially from a worker at 3 across the street who saw me pose for a photo holding the NDL poster above my head with real pride. He thought he were the NDL ourselves and I had to break the news to him that I am simply the cofounder of the biggest Nando's fan site on this planet. Additional comments: I have had 2 excellent meals at the Brunswick over the last 2 weeks and now consider this to be one of my favourite branches!
Today's meal was simply perfect. I ordered pitta with houmous to start and was pleasantly reminded of the tangy nature of the peri peri drizzle (add it to your chicken for even more of a kick!). As the branch was not too busy (no queue to order), I was actually given the option to wait longer for my food so as to have time to digest my starter. This was a nice touch and I felt like the staff did all they could to help me and make me feel at home.
When the food arrived, the half chicken was wholesome, very meaty and drenched in sauce. My large portion of peri chips proved too large for me to handle as I reluctantly had to accept defeat for the second time in 3 days as I had been unable to finish all my food. At least I can partially blame the pitta bread for filling me up!
As for seating, there is a wide range of booths and comfortable seating, what more could you wish for? :)

Additional comments: Upon initial conversation with the woman behind the counter, she seemed a little miserable, but after a while she brightened up with a little smile here and there. However it is preferable when entering a restaurant to be greeted by chirpy and friendly staff. So that was a little disappointing, however the man that brought over our meal was very friendly and made a little recovery on behalf of his colleague. The food for me was at its usual high quality, with the right amount of chips not too few and not too many. The request for mayonnaise was greeted with warmth and not the usual huff that many Nando's staff often greet it with. On the whole the experience was on par with some a good Nando's, not the best but certainly of a good quality. Additional comments: I visited this Nandos late one evening after seeing a show in the area.
With Nandos just about open some friends and I decided that it was a safe bet for a some good food (obviously). When arriving so late, I expected the staff to be all miserable and upset that we had turned up at the 11th hour, however, I was so wrong. They were welcoming, despite being empty. So empty that one or two of the staff came over and started talking casually.
The food arrived, it was to the Nandos standard, and the restaurant itself was to a standard Nandos level. The area in which the restaurant was set was however, really nice. The Brunswick, a glass-front shopping centre that I had never previously heard of seemed very nice (despite being shut).
If anyone was in the area, the shopping centre is an 'outside' area with an array of shops, banks and restaurants/coffee shops (Nandos being the obvious choice). Thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

Additional comments: The interior is rather impressive due to the carefully selected lighting and artwork which provide a warm and welcoming environment. Arriving at 9pm on a Saturday night was no problem as we were seated instantly and did not have to queue before ordering. Food arrived promptly and was of the expected standard. Parking was easy and free but Warren Street station is a short walk away if public transport is needed. Additional comments: The perfect accompaniment to a night out. The brunswick contains multiple shops, restaurants (obvi choose nandos) and a cinema. Near a park as well in the centre of town....ooo picnic!
