Additional comments: This wasn’t a planned visit to Nando’s, just a spontaneous visit since we were at Shepherds Bush and I knew there was one in the shopping centre, Found the shopping centre easily then used my Nando’s sense to find the branch on the second floor I think it was, It seems to be quite similar to the branch in the other Westfield shopping centre… Confusing.

The queue was massive to get in when we arrived, we had to queue for about 20 minutes before getting to the front, and the queue for the till inside was even longer, eventually though we got seated at table 20 (Ironic since we seemed to wait 20 minutes for everything that night) we sat for a few minutes before deciding that the queue was not going to go down and that we should go order our food, so yeah it took a while to get to the front of the queue but I ordered with no problem and the Nandoca who served me was nice and polite.
Whilst the side we were sat on had a drinks machine, it didn’t have an ice dispenser so we had to walk the long walk to the ice dispensers, also there was hardly any sauce bottles to choose from and no extra-extra hot sauce  I nearly dieddd inside. My girlfriend managed to get some wild herb sauce for herself but I was left sauceless.

Eventually while waiting the long wait for our food we asked who I think was the manager, if they had any extra-extra hot sauce, he told us he would return to our table with a tub of it… He didn’t. So after another 10 minutes we asked another Nandoca and she disappeared and 5 minute later brought us over a big bottle of it, so I was happy, though the manager who kept walking back and forth ignoring us was annoying me.

The décor is pretty average, though the Nando’s sign outside is hugeeee and you can see it reflected in the shops opposite making it easy to spot when approaching from the opposite side of the shopping centre.

The food arrived about 20 minutes later, I let them off because it was incredibly busy. I ordered my usual butterfly chicken with chips and garlic bread. The piece of chicken was hugee, so huge I struggled to eat it, it was covered in extra hot sauce. The portion of chips was sufficient but I’ve definitely had a lot larger portions. The garlic bread was a bit tough and not very tasty.
I understand that branches in shopping centres are bound to be busy but this was extreme, by the time we were about to leave the queue outside was almost stretching back down the escalator! So I’d advise don’t go to a branch in a shopping mall unless you’re there shopping! And especially on a Saturday night! Unless you want to queue and wait for agesss.

So overall, the food quality of this branch was good, I would have enjoyed it more but I wasn’t that hungry when my girlfriend suggested we go, but I cannot say no to Nando’s. Most of the staff are friendly, others, the higher ranks, seem to be moody and uncaring. I would return here if I was shopping, Pretty good branch!

Additional Comments: Parking at Westfield is reasonably priced. It was £2 for 3 hours which is good value.
The array of restaurants available does not prevent the Nando's from being very popular and expect a small queue even on a weekday evening. Luckily we were seated within 5 minutes as the branch is particularly large.
Our appetizer arrived at the table before we sat down which was rather exciting and when the rest of the food arrived, it was of a suitable calibre.
The great thing about Westfield is that the shopping possibilities are almost endless and there is also a cinema practically next door to the Nando's so plenty of options to compliment a sumptuous meal. Shepherd's Bush tube is a matter of minutes away.
It should also be stated that the location is rather impressive as the store can be seen from below when shopping and is rather imposing in a positive way. Well worth a visit.

Additional Comments: The Nando's decor in Westfield is fabulour, makes for a good meal out experience. They tend to be busy, but counteract that with a good system for fast food ordering!
