Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?: 

we ordered on the app, and ended up waiting over 25 minutes for our food, when it arrived, the chips were hot, and the chicken in the burger was ice cold. The place was very busy and noisy, and no-one was available to complain, they dropped the food at the table and left at high speed. We were starving, so ate the food, at the end of the meal, one of the servers asked about the food, but left before we could answer, This is really poor service, and the food was obviously prepared and sitting for along time. Given the reputation of Nando's, I will be complaining to the head office in Putney. The food is not cheap, we dont expect this level of service.
