While I wasn't there in person the team at Waterloo Street couldn't have been more helpful. My order was delivered to a block of flats that isn't even on my street instead of my address (a house). Deliveroo refused to refund. I called up Nando's and explained what happened, Scott was very helpful throughout and even threw small bottles of sauce with my duplicate order for the hassle. His manager Meghan was able to call the team up herself and sort the problem internally. Top Staff and the food was great when it arrived along with a funny note.
