Additional Comments - This will make you stand out in the competition! Unique aspects? Student discounts? Parking tips?:

I have always wondered why this particular NANDOS in Sanctuary lakes is very quiet with hardly any business until I walked in to make an order. There was only one table occupied and 3 customers were waiting for 15mins at the counter waiting to get served. I asked one of the staff member standing there why he wasn't taking orders (since he was just chatting away to his friend)- he ignored me and continued to chat and asked me to keep waiting. He slowly took his time and was reluctant because he didn't like to be asked by the customer.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS HOW THE CUSTOMERS WERE TREATED! NO WONDER THERE'S NO BUSINESS!!!! SINCE THIS ENCOUNTER, I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO NANDOS AT THIS LOCATION. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIS NAME DOWN AND REPORT THIS TO THE HEAD OFFICE.
