Excellent service for all members of staff, however I find that I receive especially outstanding service from Finn. Everytime I enter the restaurant he is there to greet me with a smile on his face, no ask is too big, he is the definition of perfect customer service. I think the world could do with a few more Finns.

I had to get up and go to the tills to ask after l’y order. Waited 25 minutes only to be told they didn’t get the order. I showed them my confirmation email that the order was placed and got told it “ got stuck in the system ”. There were 4 customers in the restaurant. Not impressed!

Was up in Edinburgh on a stag weekend and, having spent the entire train journey from London drinking, figured Nando’s would a good pre-dinner to start the weekend (it proved to be a smart tactic too). Looked at Google Maps and opted for the Omni Centre as it was just a few minutes walk from Waverley (as was Chambers Street, but that was nearer our hostel so would’ve been easier to visit during the weekend if time had prevailed).

A visit to Edinburgh brought a chance to sample another new outlet, and with plenty to choose from, Edinburgh - Omni centre was the lucky store!

After a battle against the elements to get to this Nando's for an early dinner before my flight back to London, I was warmly welcomed into a modern, booth-filled Nando's with impressive lighting and a happy feel to it. My girlfriend and I managed to squeeze our suitcases under our table before going up to order.

This store shares the Onmi centre on Leith road in a modern part of Edinburgh with a Vue cinema, Frankie and bennies, a Virgin active gym and other food outlets. It is close to the Playhouse and also shopping in the large John Lewis over the road.
