Nando's is in the new restaurant block of units along with Giraffe, Chiquito and Frankie and Benny's. It's a good few miles away from MK Central and any train station, so one to reach by car - and the nearest activities are in the Xscape in MK Central.

Second visit in two months. Took my wife - her first visit. We had wraps and fries. Thoroughly enjoyed, both of us. The food is good value. The staff are super and notably, Sara. I'm going again next week. A great place, great food and very friendly but professional. Thank you.

Really disappointing….used to love Nando’s pre-covid. You’ve definitely downgraded both in service and food quality. Won’t be returning.

I arrived with my daughter at exactly 5pm. There were a couple of people in the restaurant but busy. We were sat on a wonky table and the floor was covered in food. I stood by the till and was ignored by the server as he wandered around the restaurant. It wasn’t until a chef turned and acknowledged me and got the server over. The food was nice and the times were fine. We had a started and then the mains came the empty starter plate was there was just left.

At 6:20 I ordered a meal for 19:20 - they were offering collection within 11 mins at the time. Turned up at 19:18 lady dealing with collections did not even acknowledge me. Waited until 19:34 and asked what was going on to be told they were just stating the order. Terrible service. Such a shame.

Aysha the girl behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. She helped remind us of our Nando's loyalty card. Made us feel welcome. The gentleman who served us was helpful and quick. The chicken wings were TINY tho ? However Yummy food and easy to get a table.

I made an online order for 7.05pm I waiting until 7.15 before I had to ask for an update. Nobody came over and informed me of anything. The manager said it would be 10 minutes. It ended up being 15. I left the store 25 minutes after I should of. And the worst thing is. There was the same food on the pass as I left. As there was when I got there. Shocking quality. Shocking service. Worst nandos experience I have ever had. Never going to go to that restaurant again.

walk in for lunch, order taken straight away, nobody in front or behind, we had to return to the desk to check on our order as we had waited over 20 minutes, when delivered to the table only one of the meals was correct and had to be taken back. A disappointing rushed lunch.

Amazing staff members; Connie, Ace lunga, Omar and Mark. They served me and my friend and they were extremely polite! Really good service. Food came on time I saw they worked in a team to provide the best customer service possible. I will happily return into this Nando's store as I usually do anyway. Definitely recommend it to my fiends and family.

This Nandos has been open less than a year and still and that new feel. No wait to order. I ordered half a chicken (medium) with macho peas and a soft drink.

When I got back to my seat I noticed that my Nandos card hadn't been read correctly by the till as it was not showing on my receipt. I brought this to the attention of one of the staff and they were extremly helpful, taking my nandos card and my receipt and corrected it.

This store on the edge of a shopping centre is very new and we were surprised how busy the shared car park was on a Friday afternoon. The store had good artwork out in the main body of the store which was bright and colourful when I went up to the toilets I discovered the back stairs were as bland as a kfc and featured no artwork even though there was plenty of space for it, hopefully they rectify this in the course of time.

This Nando's is located on the Kingston Centre retail park. It's anchored by a big Tesco Extra along with M&S, Boots, Next and plenty of other shops. Nando's is in the new foody bit in the same block of units as Giraffe, Chiquito and Frankie and Benny's. It's a good few miles away from MK Central and any train station, so one to reach by car - and there are well over 1000 free parking spaces too.
