Will Nando's come to Rochdale?
The Smith Street area of Rochdale town centre has had plans put forward for redevelopment as far back as 2006! However, according to the Manchester Evening News, the local council has announced they hoped to submit a re-drafted planning application later this year and the full article can be read here.
Nando's is hotly tipped to receive local interest to move into the new Smith Street complex - and with just under 100,000 residents in Rochdale - why not? But of course, at this moment in time, this is just pure speculation.
