Could Nando's finally be coming to Tamworth?

The saga of whether a Nando's would open in Tamworth, is what prompted the creation of our Opening Soon & Restaurant Rumours page! It was on Nando's' very own website where a graphic in 2010 appeared saying "Opening Soon... Tamworth", yet nothing more was ever heard nor to be found.

Thanks to the Rate Your Nando's Team, Nando's enthusiasts now have a centralised place to see the status of all possible future restaurants... and we are pleased to report that there may finally be some movement for Tamworth! A further planning application has been submitted to convert the empty former Allied Carpets store into three restaurants. Rest assured, that as this case progresses, we will keep our fans updated!
