Burton has been on our Opening Soon & Restaurant Rumours page for some time as a Lemon and Herb rumour as nobody was ever sure if a restaurant would open up as part of the Chicago Rock Cafe redevelopment... but thanks to some badgering by the Burton Mail this has now been confirmed and a preliminary opening date of Spring 2015!
