Absolute shocking trip recently to my local nandos. Cutlery put in wrong bowls ie forks in knife bowl and knifes in fork bowl. And they were all dirty took me 5 knifes till I got a clean one. The ice in the water machine didn't work and was causing a huge queue. Never mind the fact I was asked for my spare 2 seats at my table as I was waiting for guests. 3 times I was asked for the seats and was ready to throw the chair at him. Worst nandos in uk. This isn't the first time I've had problems here. One time I actually stocked the fork and knife bowls myself as so no member of staff did. This place serious look at.
