The reason for this rating is because Mall of Carnival Nandos today was totally out of it. The service from associates was okay but I ordered quarter leg , wedges , coke buddy and rolls (lemon and herb ) ,but there was NO Coke available, No wedges or chips available. It was just a mess. To make matters even worse , I ordered lemon and herb (pap and leg quater) and they served me HOT chicken . The service just got out of hand and I wasn't happy at all. I like Nandos a lot but lately Carnival Nandos isn't doing it right.
