First time I've placed a pick up order via app. In the notes I indicated I preferred the breast portion for the quarter chicken. I received the drumstick. The chips was half filled. Very disappointing Nando's. May have to take my service elsewhere.
Tried ringing the store to complain and call was terminated due to "store probably busy grilling!!!" no option to leave a message for a callback or an offer of a callback. It's 6.50pm
