My husband and I frequently visit this Nandos branch, however this time we were thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience.
Food took longer than 30 minutes to arrive, and the restaurant was less than half full.
Chicken was dry, chewy, cold and lacking in sauce.
There were no tissues, we had to ask repeatedly to get any.
The serving size of chips has decreased to half of the previous amount, this change is not advertised anywhere in the store.
Chips were cold on arrival and over half were burnt.
Noted that there are small changes to the interior of the restaurant, new plates and crockery, new table numbers.. perhaps new owners resulting in the poor quality of food?
Not sure, but we definitely will not be going back or recommending to friends or family.
