After 3 weeks out the country I had to get my Nandos fix on my way back to London from the ferry terminal in Portsmouth. Aldershot seemed to fit the bill, and parking was free and fairly convenient right underneath the small leisure complex where this branch is located.
The restaurant wasn't busy at all so we were of course sat straight away. Food then came in a little over 5 minutes, and was decent quality. Couple of points were that the peri-chips didn't have enough peri spice, and my fino pitta was almost falling apart and the pitta itself hadn't been toasted. Small things which could have improved the experience up to a 4 or 4.5.
Staff were definitely a 3, maybe a 2.5 though I think 2 would be a bit harsh. The man who served me at the till took the order very efficiently but seemed completely disinterested and didn't crack a smile. We were asked how our meal was going though by a friendly lady who came to take the Nando's cock off our table.
Overall a decent Nando's fix and first visit to Aldershot.
