This Nando's is in the busy town centre with lots of car parks and street parking dotted around. All generally chargeable Mon-Sat 8am-6pm. Many charge different rates, but you'll expect to pay along the lines of 80p/1hr, £1.50/2hrs, £2.50/3hrs, £3.40/4hrs and £7/day. Altrincham main interchange railway and bus station is just a hop, skip and a jump away. There's a Vue Cinema just a couple minutes walk away.

There's a yellow and black theme throughout. Lots of dark black wood clad on the outside. Inside, the till area is also clad with dark wood with yellow holes cut out in various patterns. There are lots of yellow fittings too. As you enter to your right there are two large half circular booths surrounded by long full room height yellow beads with yellow beaded chandeliers above them too. To the left of the entrance is a large circular staircase going up to the toilets and upstairs seating. There's lots more different lighting styles, including domes seemingly ripped in half, conical shaped shades made of paper and a line of single bulbs hanging over a long 12 seater table.

There are many bare brick walls with artwork on as well. One very nice piece is a mosaic behind the till of a bloke pulling something... with many more art pieces dotted around. Toilets very bright and tiled in white/blue/orange triangle patterns. All very nice and bright throughout.

I arrived at 2pm and the food didn't come until after 3:15pm... this was a combination of 25 minute wait for a table, 15 minute wait at the till and over 25 minutes for the food to come. Good job I put two hours on the parking.

I went for the sunset burger with chips. The girl who served but the plate and she must have seen me nearly cry at only 7 chips on my plate so she quickly went and got a few more to make it up to a normal portion. The food was a bit of a let down. The thigh fillets on the burger were very thin and the bun was very chewy - tasted very doughy. The chips (and extra chips) also weren't cooked so quite soggy.

All of the staff seemed nice enough but we're all a bit stressed during this rush. I was sat by the serving hatch and every couple of minutes somebody was coming up to complain about missing food, wrong orders or cold food. It was sweltering inside too and the staff did well enough to keep it together... nobody checked on me during my meal though...
