Sorry but the score for speed should have been -10 as we got our meal over an hour after we entered the restaurant and about 50 minutes after we had ordered. We were not told to expect a long wait for food service and we were very late arriving at our next destination. Staff apologised but no compensation was offered, not even a free endless drink for next time. Not good enough Nando’s....
