Good parking and well placed for convenience although busy road during peak periods, allow for time to exit park. Very friendly and helpful greeting staff, till staff seemed interested in pushing some reward scheme rather than organising order despite being told no. As restaurant wasn't overly busy the wait for food seemed quite long. This wait was apologised for though no reason given. The chicken burger was cold when it arrived and the meal was returned. Replacement arrived quickly and apology given though plate was cold. Any appetite was gone by this stage so only a few of the chips were eaten. For over £11 a few chips, cold food, a long wait and a glass of water seems a little overpriced. Poor experience particularly given it is a newly opened restaurant and knowing the excellant training new staff receive when a store opens and as such i won't be a returning customer to Nandos
