Ordered click & collect for a second time from this Nando’s store didn’t get any better from the first time collection time was 6:30 walked out at 7 with my food , took a while to get a greeting when we walked into collect it , no apologies for delay , a long que at the door also ignored by the manager as guessing other workers didn’t know what to say to customers waiting as quite a few walked past without talking to them ,more staff clearly need to be trained on all aspects of working in a nandos
