


Family of 4 visited many times over the years, and it was excellent. We visited 12 months ago after the refurbishment and were disappointed and said we would not go back. We visited tonight to retest and definately will not go back. Arrived 6.15, not busy, nobody co-ordinating arrivals, nobody greeted us, nobody behind counter, someone in front of counter asked what we wanted in an off handish manner, had to redo cash takings twice in off handish manner. Empty tables were full of uncleared plates. Meals arrived about 20 minutes later without drinks. Two meals had incorrect components, which we swapped around, incorrect drink arrived and replaced. Person who supposedly was the coordinator cleared half a table in not interested slow fashion. Young girl cleared another table. Both tables not cleaned and left with food spilt on them. We cleared our own table. Another family had to request a table to be cleared. We left at 7.15, and approximately 10 tables withing eyesight had still not been cleared/cleaned for the duration of our visit. Most appalling show of disinterest I have even seen in a restaurant. I believe 6 Nandos have closed in NZ in the last year. I wonder why! I clarify food - dryness of tenders same tonight as last year. Walls ok. Cleanliness - if table cleared, spilt food left on tables, and napkins and empty bottles left under tables. The mind boggles!
