Had been to this Nandos many years ago and it was reasonable. It appears there are new owners now and it's possibly the worst Nandos I've ever been to. Burgers arrived stone cold. When we complained they took them out the back and microwaved them. None of the food that was ready and waiting was put under lights, it just sat there getting cold while they kept all their uber eats orders under the lights. Chips were terrible. Ordered seriously large chips and got the large bowl half full and it was mainly those small bottom of the bay chips. We will never return here. Nando's in general has gone down hill big time, but this place take the cake for worst in New Zealand. The franchisee should lose his/her license.
