Informed staff member that I wanted to pay with my credit card , held up card in my hand , gave my peri perks rewards card to scan and staff member redeemed my points to pay for the food 145 points ,very disappointing, manger came over and told me she couldn’t add points back on , she then berrated the staff member in front of me and other waiting guests , not a good look , I had to then say could you please start my order whilst you try and fix this .
