Nandoos willeton is the worst restaurant and had a really bad experience. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go over there.

Excellent staff and service. Very clean
The girls are doing a great job.
In fact most of our staff from Yarra Trams had lunch there today and everyone was happy with the food and service.

This Nando’s is completely understaffed. One person in kitchen and one serving. Restaurant was half full when I arrived. All free tables were dirty with food and plates. Server did pick up food but was not wiping tables. Kitchen looks filthy. They must be careful of health inspectors visiting. Each time I come here (close to my office), I feel that this is the worst Nandos restaurant I have been to - globally.

We had a great time at Nandos for dinner before we headed off to the comedy festival. We had a lovely server who went above and beyond to ensure we were ok. Food was great, too. I do feel like Nandos need to improve on their decoration and cleanliness, though. There were a few dirty tables. Besides that, great stuff!

First Nando's in Melbourne, and already sensing a different Nando's culture in this part of Australia. This was the busiest Nando's we have seen so far, and the model of having very few staff was definitely showing its weakness. Our table was dirty and we asked two Nandocas to clean it, which they didn't. The queue to order was also so long it almost went out the door, and there just weren't enough staff to open a second till.
