Already the question in this website put unwanted words in my mouth. The point I'm making is I couldn't make an order directly through customer service because my order was a take away. I had to go to Nando's website entering details to make a simple order while I'm in the shop and customer service are standing there doing nothing. How rude! Do you only have respect for those who dine in, not those who take away?
